Seats Are Now Available for Live Oak Youth Theatre’s Production of Wizard of Oz Jr.

Live Oak Theatre is proud to announce that seats are now available for WIZARD OF OZ Jr. Seats are $25 for adults, $10 for children 13 and under with the purchase of an adult seat. The show will be performed April 30 through May 10, 2026.

As always, all performances are at the Carol and Frank Morsani Center for the Arts, 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida 34601. The Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shows are at 7:30 PM; Saturday, and Sunday matinees are at 2:30 PM.

About Wizard of Oz Jr.

Wizard of Oz Jr. is a stage adaptation of the classic story, specifically designed for youth theatre performers, featuring beloved characters and songs from the MGM film for a fun, accessible theatrical experience. It adapts the plot for younger actors, allows for large casts, and focuses on themes of courage, friendship, and finding home. 

L. Frank Baum’s beloved story of a young girl’s adventure in a magical land has been entertaining audiences for over a century. MGM’s blockbuster 1939 film adaptation, featuring the timeless songs of Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg, along with the brilliant instrumental music of Herbert Stothart, elevated the popular novel to even greater heights. This stage adaptation, featuring the characters and celebrated songs from the film, brings the wondrous Land of Oz to life in a jubilant theatrical experience.
