Live Oak Theatre Invites the Public to Its IMPROV Nights

Live Oak Theatre invites the public to two more of their popular IMPROV Nights on Friday evening, September 18, and then again on Saturday evening, September 19 at 7:30 pm. The IMPROV Nights will be held at the Carol & Frank Morsani Center for the Arts, 21030 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Florida 34601. Doors open at 7 pm. Seats are only $10 per person and must be purchased in advance. In adherence to CDC guidelines, tickets will not be available at the door. Concessions will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission.

Each night is a totally different experience. Join us for a night of unpredictability, laughter and joy as our Live Oak Conservatory’s Improv Troupe takes the stage for two nights only to create a show that no one has seen before nor will anyone ever see again. All games, all skits, all of our actors’ choices will be inspired by you, the public.

Improv, short for improvisation, is the activity of making or doing something not planned beforehand, using whatever can be found. Improvisation in the performing arts is a very spontaneous performance without specific or scripted preparation.
